We ship Australia wide at a flat rate of $7.95. For order over $65 shipping is free! For shipment We use the cutting edge technology of Shippit to send all deliveries, and use a range of couriers such as Australia Post, Fast Way Couriers, Couriers Please, DHL and Star Track.  Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you. To track your order simply click on the link in your order confirmation.  Gr8Health may not be able to provide delivery to all areas, and if so, a full refund of your order will be provided. We aim to have orders processed and dispatched within 2 business days of being received.  Shipping times are approximate and are as follows:

SE QLD:  1 - 2 business days

QLD Regional:  3 - 4 business days

NSW:  2 - 3 business days

VIC, ACT, SA:  3 - 5 business days

TAS:  5 - 7 business days

WA, NT:  5 - 10 business days

Pricing Policy & Currency

Gr8Health.com is carefully monitored by our staff to provide customers with competitive pricing. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in-house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers. All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Payment Methods

Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and no surcharges apply. PayPal and Direct Deposit also accepted.

We also offer AfterPay - a service that allows you to split your purchase into 4 fortnightly instalments with no interest. T&C's apply.

Returns

We understand that online shopping can be difficult.  We will accept the return of any product which is damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered. Necessity must be contacted via email within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.  Items must be received back within 7 days of purchase.  We will issue you with a return address label that needs to be placed onto the original packing for return.

Goods returned to us because of change of mind must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund you. Items must be returned within (7) days of the purchase date. If you instigate a return due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all associated costs due to returning the item. Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty. Necessity Skin Care takes no responsibility for lost merchandise without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
